The artworks are protected from counterfeit by international design registrations and patents pending. After discussions, the SOH Trust has willingly foregone fees, collaboration and formal recognition in this instance of Global Icons because from November 2011 they have elected to focus on other marketing activities and directions. The Trust relies strongly on corporate & private funding, and the Artist & Global Icons will offer financial donations as future designs evolve.
