International Funds Transfer is accepted directly into our secure payments account. Please keep your bank?s receipt as proof of payment. When using this method of payment, please notify us by email with the specific details of your transfer (your name, amount transferred and date), and your order details.

Bank Cheque from any major bank. Any payment made by bank cheque must be cleared by our bank and the issuing bank prior to the funds being considered ?cleared?. This can take a few days until notice is received to allow fulfilment of the purchase order.

Personal Cheques or Company cheques. Global Icons Pty. Ltd. can accept personal or company cheques through the mail, but they must be cleared by our bank prior to processing your order.

Money orders will be treated in the same way as cheques, to be cleared by our bank prior to processing an order.

Shipping costs: Postage and handling charges apply. These will be automatically calculated and added to your shopping cart.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: AIR MAIL determined by weight and destination. Takes aproximately 10 days to UK-Canada-USA-Japan. Other countries may be longer!

POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA: (does not include Insurance) Freight for most domestic (Australian) customers is automatically shipped using either Australian post (small orders) or specialised freight carriers depending on the size of the shipment.

Returns Policy. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement with Global Icons Pty. Ltd. in a reasonable time if the goods are faulty, of poor quality, or not what you ordered. In order to cancel the purchase agreement for any of the above reasons, it is sufficient to send a notice in writing within 30 days of receipt or on a permanent data carrier to the address specified in these terms & conditions. Then return the goods at your expense, along with the sales receipt or other proof of purchase, and on receipt of the returned goods by Global Icons Pty. Ltd., any payments made with respect to the returned goods will be promptly refunded in full. If you wish to cancel the purchase agreement before you receive the goods, and if the goods have not been shipped to you, all monies paid by you will be promptly refunded.

Guarantee. Global Icons Pty. Ltd. guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and functional material defects for current Global Icons Pty. Ltd. branded products. The warranty only covers blemishes and damage to goods that are not caused by accidents, inappropriate use or inappropriate handling of the goods. Depending on the degree of damage and the circumstances causing the damage to the warranted goods, the purchased item will either be repaired or replaced free-of-charge with an identical item. Please note: as this is a hand polished and finished item, the occasional tiny irregularity or mark may appear and is a normal part of crystal manufacture. The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of purchase. Please keep the purchase and/or delivery receipt to serve as proof of the goods purchased.
